Looking for a Business Analyst to join our team,who is excellent in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements and developing and implementing new solutions.

Someone who is detail oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy, with a strong coordination between the development team and the stakeholders. Acting as a key interface between Clients and the Team, someone who can gather information, process documents and produce useful reports.

• Experience of working in an onshore/ offshore setting and working with a cross-functional team.
• Experience using JIRA and Project Tracking software.
• Hands-on experience with Ecommerce, preferably with an Ecommerce platform. We specialize in Magento Commerce and Shopify Plus. Certification is a plus.
• Strong background in creating functional requirements and functional specifications at the level necessary to extend or customize existing products and to build new solutions.
• Experience of working in an onshore / offshore setting and working with a cross-functional team is preferred.
• Must be independent to face the client for Requirement Gatherings, Delivery Demo, Emergency Requests requested by the clients.
• Must be able to perform work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.
• Must be able to work in a time critical environment and as part of a team on special and ongoing projects.
• Must be flexible to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Should be capable of suggesting new features based on current market trends.
• Monitoring Deliverables and ensure timely delivery/ completion of projects.
• Solid Understanding of E-Commerce and Retail Industry.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience of creating user stories and functional specification documents is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ecommerce, preferably with an ecommerce platform. (Magento Commerce and Shopify Plus).
• Must have outstanding communication skills — written, verbal and listening — and be comfortable in facilitating discussions, communicating insights and presenting to internal and client stakeholders.
• Must have strong analytical, presentation, reporting and conceptual thinking and problem solving skills.
• Experience in launching and/or supporting eCommerce projects.
• Experience with working with clients in the US or UK.
• Excellent Planning, Organizational and time management skills.
